Land boundaries of the Catalan municipalities in accordance with the Decree 244/2007 and the Royal Decree 3426/2000 about the territorial organization of Catalonia. The municipality boundaries forms the municipalities, which are the basic local entity of the territorial organization of Catalonia. This data set is conforming to the technical specifications of INSPIRE Administrative units.

Geographic areas of settlement that appear in the Geographic Names Database of Catalonia (ICGC) and the Nomenclátor de municipios y entidades de población (INE), and the polygons that appear in the Economic Activity Polygon Information System (SIPAE), with their names and codes and the administrative divisions where they are located. The interpretative delimitation of the settlement areas includes the representation and location of buildings and constructions with a defined urban structure and the groupings of buildings including the associated spaces that respond to the same geographical name.

Geographic base of the decentralized municipal entities (EMD) of Catalonia, with their names and codes, derived from the delimitation files of the entities and the municipalities to which they belong, and from reference cartographic sources. Of the boundaries of the polygons of the EMD represented in this base, only those that have a recognition act, a resolution published in the DOGC or a judicial resolution that determines the current official line are definitive, as long as they have coordinates in the current reference system. The rest of the boundaries must be considered provisional. The EMD are a type of entity with a territorial scope lower than the municipality, that is, local governments below the municipalities.

Plano de Olot is a dataset that is presented as an interactive viewer of the municipality, with topographic, cartographic or satellite image base. It is a GIS, and as such, it presents several tools for obtaining data, such as measuring distances and areas (polygons and lines), obtaining information on each point, graphic information on various information (hydrants, altimetry, culture, health, recreation, salt containers), administrative divisions (municipal boundaries, census divisions and others), domiciles and toponymy (and points of interest), education (educational centers), sports and leisure (on foot, by bicycle, bicycle parking, sports courts and areas of games and health), mobility and circulation (sustainable mobility, reduced mobility, public transport and circulation), transparency (municipal goods) and urban planning (catalogs and Municipal Urban Planning Plan 2003). There is also the option to edit your own map based on the parameters that interest you and be able to print or download it.

Geographic base that contains the current limits of the different administrative divisions that make up the territorial organization of Catalonia: the municipalities, the "comarques", the entity unique territorial area of the Aran Valley and the "vegueries"; also contains the provincial boundaries, the fixation of which it is state competence. It also includes the capitals of the municipality, the "comarques", the "vegueries", the provinces and Catalunya. The Base is multiscale. The official scale of territorial detail is 1: 5 000. From this the other scales of less detail are obtained, by cartographic generalization: 1:50 000, 1: 100,000, 1: 250,000, 1: 500,000, and 1: 1,000,000.

Boundary markers of Mataró is a set of geographic information represented in an interactive viewer. This data set shows the location of the land markers of the municipality of Mataró that between 1910 and 1930 the Geographic and Statistical Institute installed throughout the Spanish state to establish an official division of the municipalities. Each milestone is represented with a point, which is displayed interactively, offering us a PDF file with complementary information about the selected marker, or to access to a 360º view of the place where the landmark is located. In addition, we can consult the corporate term limit of the City Council of Mataró, the term limit according to the Generalitat of Catalonia or the term limit according to the map of 1920.
