Topographical information about the elements which happen to be in the not build places (topographical network; road and street network; parks, gardens, ...; water, gas, communications networks; sewer system; and some other related information).

Reference topographic geoinformation with total or partial coverage of municipal management areas or geographic areas of specific themes that require detailed topographic information. It includes information related to the following layers: relief, hydrography, road network and other transport networks; buildings, constructions and facilities; land cover, toponymy and municipal inventories. This geoinformation can have different levels of resolution, corresponding to scales between 1:500 and 1:2000, although the most widely used is 1:1000.

The Molló Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument for urban planning in the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The geographical information set of the Molló POUM is made up of two cartography blocks: Information plans, and Normative planning plans; all of them in PDF format. It is the latter that properly express the binding determinations of the general planning both for the entire municipal territory and for the urban land.
