Mosaic of the territory of Catalonia representing the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), through the combination of rectified images captured by satellite in the red and near-infrared bands. This index allows estimating the vigor of the vegetation, based on the normalized difference between the radiation reflected in the infrared band of the electromagnetic spectrum with respect to the red band of the visible spectrum.

WMS view service of coastline.
-
Coverage prepared by the General Directorate of Civil Protection in which the municipality's obligation to prepare the Municipal Action Plan (PAM) for the risk of avalanches is represented, as well as the state of validity of the plan.

The Territorial API is a tool that provides access to authoritative geoinformation in Catalonia through HTTPS requests. It integrates several functionalities designed to facilitate access, consultation, visualization and use of geographic data by users. This API follows the standards of the OGC (Open Geospatial Consortium), which guarantees interoperability with other applications and platforms. Specifically, it offers the OGC API - Features, OGC API - Processes and OGC API - Styles modules. In addition, to respond to specific demands beyond the OGC methods, the API offers customized functionalities such as downloading/visualizing the available elements of several layers at a specific point in the territory or obtaining the link to a web viewer that directly displays the selected layers, and optionally centered on a municipality.

Reference topographic geoinformation with total or partial coverage of municipal management areas or geographic areas of specific themes that require detailed topographic information. It includes information related to the following layers: relief, hydrography, road network and other transport networks; buildings, constructions and facilities; land cover, toponymy and municipal inventories. This geoinformation can have different levels of resolution, corresponding to scales between 1:500 and 1:2000, although the most widely used is 1:1000. The data distribution includes an additional address layer (derived from the Catalonia address database at the time of creation or revision of the Local topographic reference of each municipality).
-
WMS service for visualization of the areas that, according to hydrological, hydraulic and geomorphological studies, could be affected by flooding due to rain or by dam breakage or failure.
-
Municipalities within a distance of 1 km around each radiological surveillance facility (IVR). Therefore, municipalities are obliged to draw up a municipal action plan for radiological risk.
-
WMS service for visualization of ICGC base map, at world-wide scope and that shows topographical information in different styles (in color, gray, simplified...), orthoimages and administrative divisions.
-
WMS service for visualization of the industrial establishments that handle dangerous substances that are included in the Plaseqcat emergency plan and the theoretical affectation areas in the event of a serious accident.

This represents the alert coverage of sirens installed on dams. Some approximations have been made by generating buffers with a predefined coverage radius based on the technical specifications of the sirens, while others have employed acoustic propagation models that incorporate factors such as attenuation, sound dispersion, and the influence of topography.
