El Mapa municipal és el document resultant de la delimitació completa d'un municipi, tal i com estableix el Decret 209/2015 i el Decret 244/2007. El Mapa municipal de Catalunya és una base de dades 2D d'escala 1:5000 dels traçats de les línies i fites corresponents als límits municipals oficials del territori de Catalunya.

The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) Sant Martí Vell is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The POUM Sant Martí Vell geographical information set is made up of multiple mapping planes; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: Land classification, Urban qualifications (undeveloped land, Sant Martí Vell, Barrio de la Estación, Vilosa), Physical planning and urban management (Sant Martí Vell, Barrio del Estación , Vilosa) and proposed urban services.

Topographic cartography covering part of Catalonia (urban areas, traces of roads, rivers, shorelines, etc.), compiled in 3 dimensions. The project surface is 13.00 ha. Scale of reference: 1:1 000.

The municipal database of addresses of Catalonia contains, for each municipality, the set of addresses of places where people can live or activities can be carried out, described by means of a couple of representative coordinates of the site, in two dimensions (2D), and attributes that specify the location and path. This set of data corresponds to the municipality of Sant Martí Vell.
