The Vilafant Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument for urban planning in the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographic information of the POUM of Vilafant is made up of multiple maps of information cartography and planning; all of them in PDF format. The planning parameters of the municipality determined by the plans of the POUM are: Soil classification, Soil structure, Soil management, Soil regulation, Catalogs of cultural assets and farmhouses and Urban services network.

Vilafant Acoustic Capacity Map is a set of cartographic information that aims to prevent, prevent or reduce noise pollution to which the population and the environment is exposed, and to preserve and / or improve the acoustic quality of the territory. The data set consists of four plans in PDF format, one for each urban nucleus within the municipal term, which represents, by means of vector data, the immission levels set as quality objectives in each determined territory. The cartography classifies the spaces of the municipality of Vilafant in: Zone of high acoustic sensitivity (A), Zone of moderate acoustic sensitivity (B), Zone of low acoustic sensitivity (C); categories that are broken down into subcategories referenced with an alphanumeric code.

The Vilafant Map is a set of cartographic information regarding the location of the services and facilities of the Vilafant municipality. The spatial representation of these data is carried out by an interactive viewer map, which shows the nomenclature and the layout of the roads of the municipality; and that locates Vilafant's facilities, services and establishments through points. In addition, the portal also contains interactive Instamaps viewer maps with the layout of bike lanes.
