The mapping of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Castell-Platja d'Aro is made up of eighteen mapping files referring to Information Plans and forty-one mapping files referring to planning plans in PDF format. The POUM is the municipality's urban planning instrument that directs the development of the Castell-Platja d'Aro territory. Likewise, the approved documentation consists of the following sections: Regulations, Catalog, Environmental Documentation, Mobility, Memory, Plans and Program.

Castell-Platja d'Aro urban guide is a set of cartographic information represented in an interactive viewer, referring to the location of the municipality's services and facilities. The vector representation of this data is accompanied by additional information, such as a postal address, a telephone number or a website address. The data set contains the following elements: Mobility and transport, Health, Public and municipal services, Sport and leisure, Financial entities, among others.
