The Calafell Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument for urban planning in the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The geographic information set of the Calafell POUM is made up of multiple information and planning plans, all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: Soil classification and general and organic structure of the territory, Qualification of urban and developable land, qualification of undeveloped land, Easements, Derived planning sectors, Proposal outline and Protected BES, Networks and Hydrants catalogs.
