Urban Planning and the Environment of Beslú is a set of geographic and cartographic data that includes the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM), the Modifications of the POUM, the Special Plan for the protection and development of the Historic Center of Besalú, the Urban Map of Besalú and Memories valued. The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the Besalú territory. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure into nine topics: Memory (justification, descriptive, social and annexes), Resolutions through administrative procedures (agreements), Environmental documentation (memory), Urban action program and evaluation economic, Regulations, information plans (forty-two plans in A3 and A1 size and at different scales), planning plans (twenty-three PDF files referring to the classification, regime and qualification of the soil), Evaluation study of the mobility generated and Catalog (protegist goods and farmhouses and rural houses).
