    The Municipal Urban Development Plan (POUM) of Peralada is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The geographic information set of the POUM of Peralada is made up of two cartography blocks in different scale: Information plans and Planning plans; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the POUM plans are: gross density, gross building index, diagnosis of undeveloped land, typologies, size of plots, uses, potable water network, high and medium voltage network, sewage system , classification of urban and developable land, general structure of the territory, urban and developable land management, classification of undeveloped land and easements.
