The boreholes database is an inventory of subsurface data in Catalonia through the collection of available geological and geotechnical survey information. The surveys are classified into three groups: surveys, penetrometers and trial pits.

The Soil Map of Catalonia 1: 250 000 is the result of the synthesis of the edaphological data available at the time of its preparation, in 2018. This process, carried out by the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia, has consisted of in the compilation, analysis and correlation of the cartographic information obtained in the different soil mapping works that have been executed in Catalonia since the 70's of the last century.

Geothermal 3D model of the Fossa del Camp, developed as part of the Deep Geothermal energy project (GeoEnergia-GP) by the ICGC. More specifically, this model contains the lithological units, the main geological structures, the geothermal model with the 3D temperature and geothermal potential distribution of several mesozoic aquifers in the Fossa del Camp, the location of the exploration drilling Reus-1 and the topographic surface of the scope of the project.

1D/2D geophysical data, obtained through the application of different geophysical methods in different locations in Catalonia, consisting of the measurement of different physical parameters of the subsoil to obtain information on the behavior of its materials and its structure throughout the territory. Specifically, this set of information includes data, profiles and models resulting from the application of the following geophysical techniques: Magnetotelluric (MT); Electrical Tomography (ERT); Vertical electric sounding (SEV); Seismic refraction Survey (SRA); Seismic reflection survey (SRX); Surface wave analysis (MASW); H/V spectral quotient; Passive seismic array (ARRAY); Geophysical testing in wells.

Geothermal 3D model of the Fossa de l'Empordà, developed as part of the GeoERA HotLime project (Mapping and Assessment of Geothermal Plays in Deep Carbonate Rocks – Cross-domain Implications and Impacts, 2018-2021). More specifically, this model contains the lithological units, the main geological structures, the geothermal model with the 3D temperature and geothermal potential distribution of the GLF aquifer, the location of the exploration drillings and the topographic surface of the scope of the project.

Magnetic anomaly measurements and zoning of the territory according to this at a scale of 1:250,000.

Synthesis of the hydrogeological macrounits into which the territory can be divided, called hydrogeological areas, and classification of the formations of the Geological Map of Catalonia 1:250,000 according to their lithological characteristics, type of porosity and consolidation.

3D model of aquifers in the urban and peri-urban areas of Girona and surrounding municipalities, developed within the framework of the MUSE project (Management Urban Shallow geothermal Energy, 2018-2021). More specifically, this model contains the lithological-hydrogeological units, the main geological structures and the topographic and piezometric surfaces of the project area.

Synthesis of the geological constitution of Catalonia through the cartographic representation of lithostratigraphic geological units, major structural elements (unconformities, faults and folds) and types of contact between units. The situation of the soundings carried out for the exploration of hydrocarbons is also included.
