Subsidiary Planning Regulations (NNSS) of Vilaür is the municipality's urban planning cartographic instrument that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographic information of Vilaür NNSS consists of a set of planning plans; all of them in PDF format. The planning areas of the municipality defined by the NNSS plans are: urban land, developable land, undeveloped and rural land; and community facilities and technical services.

It includes information related to the following layers of information: relief, hydrography, roads, and other transport networks; buildings, constructions and facilities; land covers, toponymy and municipal inventories.
