Inventory of contaminated soils v1.0

The Inventory of Contaminated Soils of Catalonia consists of the instrument that, in accordance with article 103 of Law 7/2022, of April 8, on contaminated waste and soils for a circular economy, collects information on contaminated soils in Catalonia. These are those that meet the following two conditions: They present concentrations of hazardous chemical compounds contributed by human activity that exceed the reference criteria established in the regulations (Royal Decree 9/2005 and Legislative Decree 1/2009) and that represent an unacceptable risk to human health or ecosystems; They have been declared contaminated by Resolution of the Director of the Waste Agency of Catalonia (ARC) or have a Resolution of the Director of the ARC approving a contaminated soil recovery project submitted voluntarily.
