Jafre Municipal Urban Planning Plan

The cartography of the Jafre Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) consists of sixteen cartography files of different scales and a Memory document in PDF format. The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the Jafre territory. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure into twelve topics: Situation, Communications, Altimetry, Vegetation and hydrology, Soil regime, Deployment of the urban nucleus, Detailed management, Zoning of the Thermal and Hotel Zone, Service Network waters, Electric Services Network, Sanitation Service Network and Buildings to protect. Likewise, it can also be accessed through the Registry of Urban Planning of Catalonia (RPUC).
