The mapping of the Falset Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is published in PDF format. The POUM is the instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the territory of Falset. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure into 5 titles (General provisions, Common management and use parameters, Urban sound regime, Special heritage protection plan and Transitional provisions) and 7 annexes ( graphic annexes, definitions, building ordinances, habitability conditions, dilapidated buildings and debris, telecommunications and regulations of the AREA "Sant Gregori"). All modifications and modified plans are also attached in PDF and at various scales.
