Geographic areas of settlement that appear in the Geographic Names Database of Catalonia (ICGC) and the Nomenclátor de municipios y entidades de población (INE), and the polygons that appear in the Economic Activity Polygon Information System (SIPAE), with their names and codes and the administrative divisions where they are located. The interpretative delimitation of the settlement areas includes the representation and location of buildings and constructions with a defined urban structure and the groupings of buildings including the associated spaces that respond to the same geographical name.

The Land Cover Map of Catalonia is an information set of high-resolution thematic cartography on the main types of land cover in the country, such as urban areas, agriculture, forestry or water bodies.

Orthoimage representing the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), with a resolution of 1 m. This index makes it possible to estimate the quantity, quality and development of vegetation, based on the normalized difference between the radiation reflected in the infrared band of the electromagnetic spectrum with respect to the red band of the visible spectrum. This set of information is distributed in 2 by-products: Real NDVI orthoimage, where each pixel takes the real value of the index in question (between -1 and 1), in such a way that it facilitates exhaustive studies but requires advanced software; 8-bit NDVI orthoimage, where each pixel takes the value of the index in question but discretized to an integer range between 0 and 200, so that it facilitates an overview.

Geographic base of the decentralized municipal entities (EMD) of Catalonia, with their names and codes, derived from the delimitation files of the entities and the municipalities to which they belong, and from reference cartographic sources. Of the boundaries of the polygons of the EMD represented in this base, only those that have a recognition act, a resolution published in the DOGC or a judicial resolution that determines the current official line are definitive, as long as they have coordinates in the current reference system. The rest of the boundaries must be considered provisional. The EMD are a type of entity with a territorial scope lower than the municipality, that is, local governments below the municipalities.

Synthesis of the geological constitution of Catalonia through the cartographic representation of lithostratigraphic geological units, major structural elements (unconformities, faults and folds) and types of contact between units. The situation of the soundings carried out for the exploration of hydrocarbons is also included.

Geographical base at 1:5,000 scale which shows, for each of the municipal boundary lines, the status of the process of elaboration, approval and completion of each line of the municipal boundary for the execution of the Municipal Map of Catalonia (Decree 244/2007, of 6 November). The Municipal Map (MM) is the set of lines that make up the municipal boundary, regardless of the number of sections. The current municipal boundaries come from the replan made from the delimitation document of the early twentieth century, when they were first set. The project of the MM that are carrying out the Directorate General of Local Administration (DGAL) and the Cartographic and Geologic Institute of Catalonia (ICGC), facilitates to the city councils the procedure to modify the line of boundary and adapt it, if necessary, to the current reality of the territory, generating a new municipal line that once approved by the Plenary Sessions of the city councils and published in the DOGC remains as a line of current delimitation. The municipal delimitation is dynamic due to its link with the territorial changes, but today it is more so because it is subject to the evolution of the elaboration of the MM. The base is updated periodically based on the sessions of the Territorial Delimitation Commission, which take place three times a year.

Synthesis of the geology of Catalonia at a scale of 1:50,000 through the cartographic representation of geological units of a lithostratigraphic nature, of the major structural elements (unconformities, faults and folds) and of the types of contact between units.

Cloud of lidar points (3D) with a minimum density of 8 points/m2, and 15 cm color and infrared orthophotos derived from the same collection.

Orthometric altitudes of the coastal strip of Catalonia, in the form of: isobaths with equidistance of 1 m; and terrain elevation model with a regular mesh of 1 m, mainly of the submerged part. This data set also includes: an orthophoto (of the coastal strip), with a resolution of 5 cm, generated from the geometric rectification after an aerotriangulation process of the images obtained in the flights combined with lidar related with the capture of the bathymetry; and a coastline that identifies the limit between sea water and the surface of the coast, classified according to the characteristics of the terrain found in each location.

Delimitation of the enclosures, within the cadastral parcels, that have a certain use according to the SIGPAC (Geographical Information System of Agricultural Parcels of Catalonia), with its individualized reference, geometric attributes (surface, etc.) and other information related to its agricultural use. This dataset also includes various groupings of these enclosures, such as parcels, which are likely to benefit from community aid related to the surface as they are part of the SIGPAC. Although there is an equivalence between the cadastral parcel and the SIGPAC parcel, apart from occasional divergences resulting from the parallel evolution of both databases, the same does not happen at the level of cadastral sub-parcel and the SIGPAC enclosure: unlike the sub-parcel, the enclosure is defined by a continuous portion of land that, within a parcel, has the same use or utilization.
