The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the territory of Balsareny. The set of geographical information of the POUM of Balsareny is formed by two blocks of six cartographic archives each: Information plans and Management plans; all of them in PDF format. The cartographic archives contained in the Information Plans are: Territorial fit, Current communications network, Morphology of the territory, Land uses, Orthophotoplan and Existing service networks. Next, the cartographic archives that constitute the Management Plans are: Territorial structure, Land regime and qualifications of the Undevelopable Land (SNU), Proposal arrangement nucleus and surroundings, Regulation of the building in the urban nucleus, Ordenación of the isolated nuclei and Arrangement of Les Malloles and Vilafruns
