Urban planning of Sabadell

Initial approval plans of the Revised Text and modification of the general municipal planning plan of Sabadell (MPG-117) is the mapping product of the variations and modifications of the General Plan of the city. The mapping is made up of four series (Series N-0: Determinations of a supra-municipal scope, Series N-1: Land classification. Legal regime and general and organic structure of the territory, Series N-2: Land qualification. Zones, systems and delimitation of development areas and execution of the Plan and Series N-3: Building conditions). Information on the Sabadell Special Heritage Protection Plan (PEPS) (PE-131) is also available, with the delimitation and coding of all protected elements.
