It represents the municipal qualitative value of the static danger of forest fire from 4 levels and indicating those excluded due to minimum surface area, as well as the municipal qualitative value of vulnerability due to forest fire risk from 5 levels and those excluded due to the absence of 'vulnerable elements.

Viewer of the Civil Protection Map of Catalonia
Viewer that allows municipalities and citizens to find out from the Interior website: 1- The territorial distribution of the different risks; 2- The civil protection plans that each municipality has the obligation or recommendation to prepare; 3- Which municipalities have drawn up the corresponding municipal civil protection plans and which ones are pending; 4- Municipalities that have civil protection volunteer associations. The map allows forecasting and risk prevention.

- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.

- The municipal danger is determined statically (not considering the dynamics of changes generated by meteorological conditions) according to the studies of the General Directorate of the Natural Environment of the Department of Environment and Housing, and takes into account the danger of ignition and that of propagation, which depend on historical, vegetation, orographic and climatic factors. Municipal vulnerability is determined by considering the vulnerable elements included in forest land or at a distance of less than 500 meters from them, classifying these vulnerable elements into five groups: population, particularly dangerous elements, infrastructures, protected natural spaces and fuel models.
