This study analyzes the historical transformation and current situation of the dune landscape in Catalonia.

Una ortofoto consisteix en una fotografia aèria vertical amb escala constant i propietats d’una projecció ortogonal, elaborada a partir d’un mosaic d’imatges aèries rectificades. Per tant una ortofoto té les propietats mètriques d’un mapa i la informació d’una fotografia, i a més està georeferenciada, el que permet poder superposar-la amb altra informació geogràfica de caràcter ràster o vectorial. Aquesta ortofoto està elaborada a partir del vol fotogramètric realitzat el juliol de 2016, i abasta les platges de l’àrea metropolitana de Barcelona (excepte el Port de Barcelona).

WMS service for visualization in accordance with the requirements of the INSPIRE Network Services Regulation that allows to view information related to Theme 3 - Orthoimagery, of Annex II of the INSPIRE Directive, in the geographical area of Catalonia. This information is part of the official geographic reference sets in Catalonia as mentioned in Annex 2 (Group II - 3 Orthoimagery) of Decree 62/2010, of May 18, of the Cartographic Plan of Catalonia. The service allows the visualization of the orthoimages of 25 cm of resolution (2,500 scale) most recents of Catalonia produced by the Cartographic and Geologic Institute of Catalonia (ICGC). The right of access or connection to the service is total (Level A, as established in the PCC).

Mosaic of the territory of Catalonia made from rectified images, with a spatial resolution of 10 meters, captured in a specific month by the multispectral sensor (MSI) of the Sentinel-2 satellites within the framework of the Copernicus program. It contains information from the red, green, blue, and near infrared bands of the electromagnetic spectrum. This mosaic is distributed in 4 by-products: 16-bit natural color orthoimage (red, green, and blue bands); 16-bit infrared orthoimage (near infrared, red, and green bands); 8-bit natural color orthoimage (red, green, and blue bands); and 8-bit infrared orthoimage (near infrared, red, and green bands).

WMS service for visualization of Sentinel-2 satellite orthoimages. The service allows the use of the three types of Sentinel-2 orthoimages generated by the ICGC: firstly, two layers (one RGB and another IRC) with the TIME parameter enabled, secondly, so many RGB and IRC layers how orthoimages from different months have been generated from November 2015 until the date of revision of this metadata and finally the RGB and IRC layers of the seasonal orthoimages (summer and winter) generated from the summer of 2019 until the date of revision of this metadata.

Topographic database that covers all the territory of Catalonia, compiled in 2.5 dimensions. It contains data relating to the relief, the hydrography, the transportation networks, the settlement and the auxiliary infrastructures, the toponymy, the reference points and a reduced set of land cover and vegetation classes. The reference scale is 1:25 000.
