The installation points have been determined based on acoustic dispersion models and an analysis of flood-prone areas with resident populations, aiming to optimize coverage and ensure immediate notification to the people living in these areas.

Some approximations have been made by generating buffers with a predefined coverage radius based on the technical specifications of the sirens, while others have employed acoustic propagation models that incorporate factors such as attenuation, sound dispersion, and the influence of topography.
