Domain consistency
- Name of measure
 - Compliance with INSPIRE requirements (metadata)

- Evaluation method description
 - The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.

- Statement
 - The vulnerability categories of the environment were obtained by taking into account the behavior of the different outcropping materials and their hydrogeological relationship, based on the joint evaluation of the parameters: ease of infiltration or penetration of the substance into the subsoil; ease of propagation or subway circulation, they take into account the permeability that the subsoil offers in a qualitative way. A reclassification has been made to obtain a vector from a join of the "dbf" table of the source map. The correspondence file has been made using as main key field: aquifer (aquifer type symbol). This field has been matched with a value of a field called VULNERA (vulnerability symbol). The assignment of the 6 established categories has been made on the basis of the criteria of behavior of the different outcropping materials and their hydrogeological relationship, mentioned above. The legend includes the six categories of vulnerability so that in the established order category 1 represents the areas of maximum risk of contamination of the aquifers and progressively the risk would be lower, so that category 6 represents a very low risk of contamination of the aquifers.
