La v3 de la Base topográfica de Girona a escala 1:2000 es una base topográfica continua, creada a partir de la Serie de Planos topográficos 1:2000 v2.1 de Girona que adoptaba la hoja como unidad de organización y distribución. La v 3.1 incorpora taquimetría de alineaciones de fachada en la mayor parte del área urbana y adopta la clasificación de la información según las especificaciones oficiales de formato DGN.

The Topographic database of Girona at 1:2000 scale v3.1 is a continuous topographic base, created from the Series of Topographic Plans at 1:2000 scale v2.1 of Girona that adopted the sheet as a unit of organization and distribution. The version 3.1 incorporates facade alignment tachymetry in most of the urban area and adopts the classification of information according to official DGN format specifications.

Detailed cartography for the administrative management of the municipality, useful for the development of technical, management and territorial planning activities that assume the territorial heterogeneity of information levels.

The section on reference systems details the reference coordinate systems of the data: in first place the reference system of planimetric coordinates; and in second the one of the altimetric coordinates. The technical specifications of the topographic base are attached with the data and can be consulted on the municipal website at the link https://www.girona.cat/umat/ or, failing that, request the municipal technicians

En el apartado sobre sistemas de referencia se detallan los sistemas de referencia de coordenadas de los datos: en primera posición el sistema de referencia de las coordenadas planimétricas; y en segunda el de las coordenadas altimétricas. Las especificaciones técnicas de la base topográfica se adjuntan con los datos y se pueden consultar en la web municipal en el enlace https://www.girona.cat/umat/ o en su defecto solicitar a los técnicos municipales

El ámbito urbano corresponde a la generalización de la base topográfica 1:500. Los datos se obtienen por restitución fotogramétrica digital, taquimetría urbana y por incorporación de la cartografía derivada de las modificaciones territoriales que gestiona el sistema de información territorial municipal.

The urban area corresponds to the generalization of the 1:500 topographic base. The data are obtained by digital photogrammetric restitution, urban tachymetry and by incorporation of the cartography derived from the territorial modifications managed by the territorial information system of the municipality.

The sources of information are aerial images of successive photogrammetric flights (1999-2019), tachymetric surveys of facade alignments and updating, building permits contrasted with orthophotographic sources and georeferenced and revised information by work field of the municipal SIT. The geodetic vertices are obtained from the Utilitarian Network of the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC) and from the local geodesic and topographic network of lower order.

Las fuentes de información son imágenes aéreas de sucesivos vuelos fotogramétricos (1999-2019), levantamientos taquimétricos de alineaciones de fachada y de actualizacion, licencias de obra contrastadas con fuentes ortofotográficas y la información georeferenciada y revisada en campo del SIT municipal. los vértices geodésicos se obtienen de la Red Utilitaria del Instituto Cartográfico y Geológico de Cataluña (ICGC) y de la red geodésica y topográfica local de orden inferior.
