- Evaluation method description
- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.

- The enclosures are obtained by digitalization on the Orthophoto of Catalonia 50 cm or greater detail, and the contours that match with the contours of the parcels are edited to be geometrically coincident with the limits of the cadastral parcels available as reference. The rest of objects are created by geometric aggregation of the enclosures. The uses are assigned to the enclosures taking into account the available information bases. In the initial campaigns, the SIGPAC was based basically on the previous information available in the General Directorate of Cadastre, but progressively photo-interpretation techniques are applied to update this information, also incorporating public works and infrastructures present in the territory, data collected during field visits as a result of on-the-spot checks carried out to verify CAP aid, and verification of the information provided by farmers in the aid declaration campaign.
