Urban development qualifications of the urban land of Avià
Urban development qualifications of the urban and urbanizable land of Avià is the cartographic instrument that delimits the qualifications of the land in the municipality of Avià. This document, in PDF format, is part of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Avià in november of 2010, making it a legally binding city-planning map. This dataset shows the qualifications for communication systems, free space and equipment systems, urban and urban land areas, land regime limits and other specifications such as reservation road surface of the C-26.

- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.
