Vendrell Municipal Urban Planning Plan - Recast September 2005
The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the territory of El Vendrell. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure in nine titles: first, and second (introductory), parameters, general systems, urban land, developable land, undeveloped land, regulation of specific uses and environmental Protection. There are also included the 46 specific modifications that have been made.
