The cartography of the Esponellà Municipal Urban Development Plan (POUM) is made up of ten cartography files of different scales in PDF format. The POUM is the urban planning instrument of the municipality that directs the development of the Esponellà territory. The aspects of the municipality defined by the POUM are classified in this planning figure in six themes: a) The descriptive and justifying memory of the plan, with the complementary studies that proceed, b) The information and urban planning plans of the territory and of layout of the basic service networks (Organic structure of the territory, Classification of urban and developable land, qualification of urban land, Classification and qualification of developable land and Classification and qualification of developable land), c) urban regulations, d) The catalog of goods to protect, e) The catalog of farmhouses and f) Adequate environmental documentation.
