Pla d'Ordenació Urbanística Municipal of Cabrera de Mar - April 2014

The Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Cabrera de Mar is the cartographic instrument of urban planning of the municipality that directs the development of the municipal territory. The set of geographical information of the POUM of Cabrera de Mar is formed by two blocks of multiple cartography archives each: Information plans and Management plans; all of them in PDF format. The main areas of planning of the municipality defined by the plans of the POUM are: General and organic structure, Classification of the ground, Zoning of the urban and urbanizable ground, Regulation of the construction and Regulation of the nonurbanizable ground.
