Exceeding the seismic damage or intensity threshold
It indicates whether or not the municipality exceeds any of the thresholds established as a criterion to determine whether it is obliged or recommended to draw up the Municipal Action Plan for seismic emergencies. In order to establish the obligation to draw up the action manual for municipal seismic emergencies, there are two criteria: exceeding the intensity threshold in this case greater than or equal to VII, or for exceeding reference damage, in this case case more than 50 uninhabitable buildings or more than 10% of the total uninhabitable buildings in the municipality. Municipalities that appear in white mean that they do not exceed these thresholds.

Viewer of the Civil Protection Map of Catalonia
Viewer that allows municipalities and citizens to find out from the Interior website: 1- The territorial distribution of the different risks; 2- The civil protection plans that each municipality has the obligation or recommendation to prepare; 3- Which municipalities have drawn up the corresponding municipal civil protection plans and which ones are pending; 4- Municipalities that have civil protection volunteer associations. The map allows forecasting and risk prevention.

Domain consistency
- Name of measure
- Compliance with INSPIRE requirements (metadata)
- Evaluation method description
- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.

- Statement
- The expected seismic intensity for each municipality for a return period of 500 years has been obtained from the probabilistic analysis of the seismic hazard prepared by the ICGC for the SISMICAT Plan. The estimate of the number of uninhabitable buildings that could be expected in each municipality due to these intensities is based on the statistical assessment of seismic vulnerability and the damage scenario at the municipal level that the ICGC carried out for the SISMICAT Plan.
