Chemical warning sirens sound coverage
Polygons which define the range of sound corresponding to the alarms. In accordance with each type of alarm, the sound radius covered can be 800 or 400 metres away from the siren, or maybe unidirectional, covering a distance of 700 m with a 70º opening.

- Defining the range of cover provided by warning alarms is necessary so that the population at risk of chemical accidents can know whether they are within hearing range, and also to be able to plan the installation of new alarms for a wider area needing to be covered.

Viewer of the Civil Protection Map of Catalonia
Viewer that allows municipalities and citizens to find out from the Interior website: 1- The territorial distribution of the different risks; 2- The civil protection plans that each municipality has the obligation or recommendation to prepare; 3- Which municipalities have drawn up the corresponding municipal civil protection plans and which ones are pending; 4- Municipalities that have civil protection volunteer associations. The map allows forecasting and risk prevention.
