Land classification and zoning of non-developable land in Avià is a cartographic instrument that delimits the classification of land in the municipality of Avià. This document, in PDF format, is part of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Avià in november of 2010, making it a legally binding city-planning map. This dataset classifies the land of the municipality into: Urban land, Buildable land, Development areas in urban land, Development land in progress, Non-development land of preventive protection, Non-development land of territorial protection of agricultural interest, Non-development land of special protection of natural value and connection and non-urbanizable floor of special protection, PEIN spaces. The dataset also represents the C-26 Road Reserve of the Basic Territorial Network of Roads and other pre-existing homes on non-urbanizable land.
