Proposal for actions to improve and protect the beaches of the metropolitan north coast
Based on the "Preliminary Studies for the stabilization of the beaches of Sant Adrià de Besòs, Badalona and Montgat", of March 2021, this document proposes a series of stabilization measures for the beaches of Badalona and Montgat.

- The compliance of the metadata is evaluated using the "INSPIRE Reference Validator" web tool. The metadata is considered correct when the only errors reported are related with the main language of the metadata file. These errors are due to the fact that Catalan is not included in the list of official languages of the European Union.

- From the document "Preliminary studies for the stabilization of the beaches of Sant Adrià del Besòs, Badalona and Montgat", from March 2021, the wave propagation results are used, obtained from the two SIMAR nodes. The Barcelona buoy was also used to calibrate the wave height data from the SIMAR nodes in the north, which, once corrected, were propagated from deep waters to different points near the beaches. In the south, the data from the Barcelona buoy were directly brought closer to the beach.
