Both the operational objectives and the adaptation measures incorporate the contributions made in the ESCACC30 participation process (autumn 2020-spring 2021), and have been agreed within the Adaptation Working Group of the Interdepartmental Commission of Climate Change made up of 27 people belonging to the various sectoral departments of the Government, and which has held 25 bilateral meetings between September 2020 and May 2022.
